Food Bank of Iowa says it has made an offer to the city of West Des Moines to reestablish its partnership and supply the city's food pantry one week after breaking off discussions with the city.The agreement could resupply the West Des Moines Human Services food pantry that was losing food donations over the impasse.Food Bank of Iowa CEO Michelle Book said a similar offer has been made to Polk County River Place and Polk County Northside food pantries, which found themselves in similar straits.'Our focus is, and has always been, on feeding people," Book said in a statement.
