West Des Moines Valley's Kamryn Ensley, Ankeny's Alli Macke, Ames' Marley Turk, West Des Moines Valley's Addison Dorenkamp, and Ames' Claire Helmers battle for the lead at the beginning of a 2021 race We're into the seventh week of the Iowa high school girls cross country season. There have been several outstanding 5K times run so far through the first six weeks of the 2022 season.
